History of Paella

 

 

Preparing Paella in Spain is a very personal experience. Everybody does it differently and many towns and social clubs have paella-cooking contests during festivities and social events. We are carrying on this tradition in the U.S. by bringing this dining experience to your home or place of business and are very happy to provide the delightful culinary experience offered when one watches the preparation on their premises. The food couldn't be fresher.

We have many years of experience preparing banquet size quantities of authentic paella, and you can be assured that we give you a huge amount of quality ingredients. The wonderful flavor of our paella is obtained mainly through our exclusive saffron broth that can be smelled beyond the premises to the delight of the incoming guests.
